QFM: Quantum Field Meditation
Intro
QFM is using your imagination to broadcast intentions into reality, to make them real, as mentioned in Genesis 11:1-6. It isn’t magic, but merely a tool.
Steps
- Put your hand on your heart, let your Shoulders drop and smile gently throughout this.
- Breathe in slowly for 4… hold for 1… out for 6 Seconds.
- As you breathe, say quietly in your mind: “Here” for inhaling, then “Now” for exhaling.
- When your breath feels steady, bring your goal to mind without pressure. Just hold the feeling of what you want, like you’re looking at a picture.
- Place your attention on the felt sense in the chest under your hand. Imagine warmth there expanding gently outward for a few breaths.
- Bring any excitingly hopeful feeling from previous sessions to mind. Don’t try to control it.
- As soon as you feel the excitement rising, ask yourself: “Where do I feel this in my body?”
- Keep your attention on that exact spot for two breaths, while imagining yourself broadcasting this intention out into reality, and living in this future.
- Let your body soften around the feeling — like giving it space.
- Finish with: “I move toward this.” Then let the image go.
- Do all this at least once daily for each goal.
