QFM: Quantum Field Meditation

Intro
QFM is using your imagination to broadcast intentions into reality, to make them real, as mentioned in Genesis 11:1-6. It isn’t magic, but merely a tool.

Steps

  1. Put your hand on your heart, let your Shoulders drop and smile gently throughout this.
  2. Breathe in slowly for 4… hold for 1… out for 6 Seconds.
  3. As you breathe, say quietly in your mind: “Here” for inhaling, then “Now” for exhaling.
  4. When your breath feels steady, bring your goal to mind without pressure. Just hold the feeling of what you want, like you’re looking at a picture.
  5. Place your attention on the felt sense in the chest under your hand. Imagine warmth there expanding gently outward for a few breaths.
  6. Bring any excitingly hopeful feeling from previous sessions to mind. Don’t try to control it.
  7. As soon as you feel the excitement rising, ask yourself: “Where do I feel this in my body?”
  8. Keep your attention on that exact spot for two breaths, while imagining yourself broadcasting this intention out into reality, and living in this future.
  9. Let your body soften around the feeling — like giving it space.
  10. Finish with: “I move toward this.” Then let the image go.
  11. Do all this at least once daily for each goal.
