I’m Andrew, a Poet, who also achieved incredible strength, as shown in the side menu image, using my own holistic health program, called Stealthletics. I’m looking for a few people to train for free as I begin coaching. Message me if interested!

Through Stealthletics, I’ve created a path that fuses Total Body Tension training, fat loss, healing through moving into the mindset of stillness, and spiritual anchoring in Christ.
My approach is rooted in the belief that your body is the temple of The Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV), and that true strength comes from being transformed by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2 NIV).

Power in the athletic sense is an explosive expression of strength, and so power-endurance is being able repeat that over a long time.

- Me: Utilizing my workout, I once carried a 1970s wood-frame loveseat, which weighed between 110 and 150 Pounds, on my Shoulder with nearly no effort — after only two weeks of training! Using the current version, my muscles are growing 1/4 inch every 4 days from each intense 20-minute session, as measured on an empty stomach, after 20 Minutes of being upright each morning, before consuming anything — and the size stays the same throughout the day — for 12 days straight so far! Once while on a bus, I coached someone in psychosis to relax to the point of falling asleep in 5 Minutes, who was previously unable to stop twitching, all using a special technique in Stealthletics — it’s that powerful!
